I am currently evaluating an attractive behavioral health / substance use disorder treatment platform in California as part of my broader search. I’m looking to connect with: - Investors interested in healthcare services / behavioral health - Lenders, SBICs, and private credit funds comfortable with cash-flow lending to provider businesses - Anyone with experience financing SUD / behavioral health platforms (residential, IOP, PHP, outpatient, etc.) High-level profile: Location: California - Sector: Behavioral health / SUD treatment (multi-level care, not telehealth-only) - Revenue model: Primarily commercially insured patient base - Business model: Clinically driven care, recurring/episodic revenue, service-based (no heavy capex) I’m actively exploring financing options and capital structures suitable for this kind of platform (e.g., senior + seller note + equity, unitranche solutions, SBIC structures, etc.), and would value perspectives from both Investors and Lenders If you’re open to a conversation please DM or comment below and I’ll follow up directly. Thank you in advance for any connections or insights.

^redacted‌ Thanks for the tag. ^redacted‌ I'm a physician in California in the behavioral health space. I operate multiple practices in various states. Currently searching myself for additional acquisitions to add to my portfolio. Not able to help with the financing etc. but happy to provide any insights from my perspective that I can about the space. Feel free to DM if needed. Good luck with the acquisition.

I would love to connect from a lending perspective and see if we can provide any assistance. We have financed many behavioral health clinics over the years and definitely have experience with that. We also have over 500 funding partners we work with including SBA, conventional bank and non-bank lenders for business acquisitions. You can reach me here or directly at redacted
