My situation is a bit different from the traditional search fund model. I’m a proven corporate CEO with significant operating and leadership experience in the industry I’m targeting, and I’m interested in transitioning from executive leadership to meaningful ownership. I can bring the operating expertise, industry knowledge, relationships, and leadership to acquire and grow the right company, but I’m currently under-capitalized relative to what would typically be required to fund an acquisition personally.
