Seeking Buyside Sourcing Specialists for Off-Market Deals, South Eastern USA and Sunbelt

I’m an experienced operator who has built and sold several of my own companies and am now executing a rollup strategy while expanding our current sourcing team. Our team knows how to uncover opportunities others may miss. They know how to speak to potential sellers and build genuine rapport. We are looking for buyside sourcing specialists who can find off-market deals with EBITDA of 1.5–2.5M in waste management, remediation/restoration, light manufacturing, and select commercial B2B services. This is a success-fee only engagement. For the right partner, this could become a 3–5 deal exclusive arrangement. If you have proven results, we are open to discussing a success fee plus a small equity stake in the deals you source. We do not pay retainers or monthly fees. We only work with people who are interested in getting paid for being experts—not those concerned with small fees for setting up campaigns or managing interns.
