I've started a holding company focused on acquiring niche manufacturers in New Englad. Can anyoen refer me to quality brokers either in the region or that specialize in niche manufacturing, test and measurement, process control, etc. anywhere in the US?

Hey Doug, I recently joined the board of F3, a manufacturing incubator just getting off the ground in Fall River, MA, so I'm actively building out my network in the New England mfg space. Don't have broker connections to offer yet, but wanted to put myself on your radar. Let me know what you find--my impression after working in manufacturing in Massachusetts for the past 6 years and looking for potential acquisitions for 8 months is that there are very few manufacturers for sale in this region that are worth buying. Many have closed in the past few decades, and the ones that are doing well have already been bought, often multiple times, by private equity firms or larger companies.
