Seeking banks for senior cash flow loan - $1.8mln EBITDA target in Canada?

Looking for non-recourse, low leverage (~2x) senior bank loan for a target in Manitowba province of Canada with $1.8 mln of EBITDA.  It will need to be a cash flow loan as the assets would not support an ABL.  I'm looking for bank debt and not high interest one stop or mezz financing.
