Hi All,

I'm an experienced M&A advisor looking to acquire a business in the Food / Industrial distribution sector. On the Industrial side I'm looking for something more value-added with a bit of know-how behind the product. On the food side, it would be good to have an exclusive contract with a leading brand (of course). Preferable size would be between $1-$2M EBITDA.

Joseph, are you looking for distributors only or are you also looking for manufacturers/brands? I'm in the market to acquire additional food brands, if you're looking for food distribution only we could potentially share leads.
