Seeking Aerospace & Defense Operator / GM in Los Angeles

I'm working to close the acquisition of a business in the aerospace / defense supply chain, specifically what the Company does is chemical processing and non-destructive testing for machine shops in the aerospace and defense end markets. The Company is small today (~$4 million revenue) but has significant room to grow within its existing facility footprint.

I see a lot of opportunity to optimize internal operations, professionalize a sales function, and invest in additional service lines / potentially additional M&A. I am hoping to find someone with experience across these dimensions with specific experience and connections in A&D. I will likely close the transaction around the end of the year and will be working at the Company full time, but I would like to have an operator join me to execute the growth plan.
