I’m looking to connect with anyone who has experience making a pediatrics and family medicine clinic profitable, scalable, and running on systems that truly work.
If you’ve successfully navigated the challenges of increasing profitability, improving patient experiences, and building sustainable processes, I’d love to hear from you!
✅ What strategies helped you scale? ✅ What systems or frameworks have you found most effective? ✅ Any lessons learned that made a big impact?
Your insights would be invaluable—feel free to comment or DM me.

I'm all for doing something different from the pack, but it should be pointed out, that it doesn't appear to be an accident that PE has largely focused on the healthcare verticals/specialties they have, rather than General Medicine and Peds. These types of practices have been more the focus of the hospital networks and similar, that enjoy unique synergies and very defensible advantages.
One tactic I can offer, although it may be elementary depending how far in to this you are, is bringing in to the practice PAs or NPs in place of additional MDs. Doing that in tandem with offering Urgent Care-like services (outside of standard office hours)...that can really move the needle for you.
