If the assets were used as collateral for the buy out leverage it might be the WC lender doesn't want to be in a second position on the collateral. Just a thought.

Looking in the mid-west region, preferably within 100 miles from Detroit area, in order to build synergies with out other services. Not specific on types of waste, open to consider all types -- electronic recycling, hazardous/medical waste are all considerations.
