I own a dog boarding facility as well as all of the land. We currently have 3 buildings on the property, one of which is the boarding facility. We have a groomer who is retiring from our ~1800 SQ FT space and we are looking to partner with a vet in this space. Looking to see if there may be interest in putting a vet clinic in there (JV/Partnership, etc.). Located in the Houston, TX.
