Seeking a seasoned operations leader to manage an assisted living

Attention Experienced Operators/General Managers,

We’re looking for a General Manager to lead a large assisted living facility in San Diego. This role involves guiding department heads and ensuring accountability across teams. The GM will collaborate with an on-site Executive Director, overseeing 5-6 department directors who are experts in their fields.

Key responsibilities include offering strategic leadership, removing obstacles, and maintaining an active presence (minimum 30 hours a week) to stay connected with daily operations. The ideal candidate is solutions-focused, embraces technology to drive efficiency, and can smoothly introduce in-house tools and metrics to a healthcare team with limited tech experience.
