We have a new car dealership vertical at live oak. Not for used. Make sure the flooring line is dialed in!! There are specialized flooring line companies out there that know what they’re doing. Hook in with them early as that will be a key part of the diligence for you and your acquisition lender. Also make sure acq lender gives you a line for general operating working cap.
