SEEKING A CFO for Manufacturing Biz - Special Situation/Restart (Charlotte, NC)

Hello SF Community, Signed LOI to acquire a manufacturing biz located in the Charlotte, NC area. It is a SPECIAL SITUATION - business restart and turnaround = challenging!!! - running to the finish line next 60 days. 100% of products sold online and biz involves land, buildings, machinery, raw and finished goods, etc. Company is very good but owner made some poor business choices outside the business which impacted the business. Looking for someone who with minimum 5+ years experience in manufacturing accounting/finance; who is FT on the ground and wants to do the dirty work - implement software, financial analysis, w/c management - esp inventory, costing, administrative (HR, Insurance, payroll etc). Might be someone who is director level looking to take the next step or career CFO who has excellence in this area. NOT looking for someone who wants to manage 10 people who do the actual work. First 12 months will be difficult.....but fun and rewarding! Reporting will be to me as CEO. Comp TBD and open to equity. Please DM if interested or know someone who might be interested. Thank you!
