As to the name provided there is no bank regulated by the Swiss Authority. I asked the information since January but no response provided. I've just checked there is no wealth manager registered with such name in Luxembourg where I am based.

The Principal's reply to your belief is as per the Executive Summary, the institutions are licensed and regulated in the USA (commercial banking), Switzerland, UK, Luxembourg (wealth management), Italy (commercial banking). The wealth management license in the USA can easily be renewed having been dropped when the company exclusively managed family and friends money.
