We are a self-funded search fund operated distribution business looking to grow our trading book to capitalize on low-risk purchasing opportunities through high yield debt that will provide us with committed capital to execute larger and more frequent trades.

- 12% annual interest rate, payable bi-annually

- Investors can request their principal and interest be returned every 6 months (i.e. no lock up period)

- Fully collateralized by the company's inventory, accounts receivable, and cash with no other senior debt obligations

May I ask why you are seeking this product when, based on your description, there are many lower cost options in the market - LOC, Term, etc.
