Seeking 4 to 5 Full-Time Self-Funded Geographic Searchers for ETA Peer Group

I am putting together a small peer group of 4 to 5 self-funded geographic searchers who are actively pursuing ETA through a combination of brokered and proprietary deal flow. The goal is to create a trusted group where members can share insights on sourcing methods, act as a sounding board for strategies, and provide mutual support throughout the search and acquisition process. Who this is for: • Self funded searchers who have already begun their search • Fully committed, full time searchers working toward an acquisition on a defined timeline • Geographic searchers in different regions to avoid competition • Willing to both contribute and receive candid feedback What the group looks like: • 5 to 6 members total • Structured monthly (potentially more often) Zoom meetings • Active group chat for real time discussion and support • Knowledge sharing on brokers, outreach, tools, data, financing, and advisors • No fees and member led To keep the group small and well aligned, I will be sharing a brief Google form with interested searchers.
