Seeking $2MM equity (+ $5MM from my fund) for Healthcare software deal

Hi all - working on an exciting buyout with an experienced sponsor that needs another $2MM of equity on top of $5MM my fund is putting in ($2.5MM debt + $2.5MM of equity).

Southern-US based hardware / software quality control & automation solution focused on the medical device space. $3MM in sales / $1.4MM of EBITDA (45% EBITDA margin). I'm looking for an equity partner to come in with $2MM (or a piece of that). Q of E done; talented sponsor running the deal. Targeting 2/28/21 close.
