Seeking $100k debt financing - (non-SBA)

Looking to get my feet wet with a couple of e-commerce acquisition deals totaling $120k. Want to contribute equity of $20k and finance the remainder. What are some non-SBA no personal guarantee, financing options for small deals of this size?

Check out https://www.boopos.com/. They are lending in the ecom space. If you want, you can also find a micro SBA lender. Not many lend under $150,000, but there are a few. (not me.)

You will almost certainly have to make a personal guarantee unless you get the loan from a friend or personal connection.

Banks are out there to make small loans like this, but you'll need to put up a personal guarantee.
