Seeking $10 million in debt from non-SBIC lenders

Have recently secured a deal under LOI and seeking appx. $10 million of debt (<2x EBITDA) from a non-SBIC lender as >50% of the company's staff are outside of the US.  Any recommendations would be much appreciated!

Does anyone know how does the equity % get allocated to investors if the searcher is already putting a PG on a SBA loan? Is the % for the investor based on the enterprise value or the equity value?
