We are looking for a minority equity investment of around $1-2m for a Telecom Construction Company. We currently have term sheets from banks for SBA financing and looking to close the gap of required funds.
2023 Rev: $14.1m EBITDA - $3.2m , strong tailwinds from the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act to extend fiber networks within the US.
