Second acquisition officially closed!

Super stoked to be able to post and share that as of today I have officially closed on my second acquisition. It was a much more painful process than I expected based on my past experiences of completed and other failed transactions, but I'm super excited that it's done and after just having dinner with my new team am excited and looking forward to the work of getting to know them better and work on the integration. I also already have the next deal under LOI, so I'll be ramping up activity on that one now that this one is across the finish line too.
