Seasonality of Listings Data

Anyone aware of a dataset out there that has captured the volume of new listings that come on the market each month? Curious on if there are certain times of year where listsings pick up vs conversely when things are slower. Anecdotally (for me) things feel slower towards the end of the year (guessing b/c a) holidays and b) sellers are close enough to the end of the year where it makes sense to have a full, clean set of closed books for the year that they may wait until Jan or Feb to go on the market) but that's not backed up by anything. .

More curious than anything - sure there isn't one centralized database but curious as to the next best thing - or general thoughts from you smart folks out there.

I've also noticed that new listings tend to slow down from late November through end of year. I don't think there's one great source of data, but I know bizbuysell has some of what you might be looking for- https://www.bizbuysell.com/news/insight-interactive/ . It's obviously going to tend to be smaller deals but you might glean something from it.
