SearchPort.ai - Free tool we built for managing the search process

Hey All, Like many of you, I have spent a lot of time managing the search workflow through a bunch of different platforms: juggling spreadsheets, emails with brokers, lenders, lawyers, sellers, and sifting through thousands of listings. In today's world, it all felt too disjointed. SearchPort started as an internal tool at AMS Partnership. I've been using it myself and it has dramatically sped up how I manage the search. One of the key unlocks was building in a native, contextually aware agentic AI named Beacon. It knows the data across the platform and can take action for me. I gave it its own email address, so I can treat it like a Junior Analyst — copying it on correspondence or forwarding a CIM to it. Beacon automatically logs the email activity on the appropriate deal, parses the CIM, and can even process a financial model for me. After using this myself, I wanted to open it up to the community.
