Searching with families and kids

My partner and I have been searching for about 5 months via an independent sponsor search. We have put in 3 LOIs and have been out bid or or passed on due to other offers with more experience. We ar neither starting families now as we grow and I just had my first child. On top of it we are working full time. Has anyone had experience with this and could share some advice on how to schedule meeting with each other as well as lenders and sellers around work/family/schedules? Any experience with this is appreciated!
