Searching while working full time

Does anybody have any tips on managing the search process while working full time? I intend to use an email automation tool to help automate outreach while I am working, but curious if anybody has any other suggestions on things that helped drive productivity while keeping your job.

Best would be if you can use your work as a way to find more proprietary deals, it becomes a lot about keeping your eyes and ears open, while doing the things people have mentioned above

Yes, agree with many of these comments. Block out specific time to work on it and focus on it being consistent - ie an hour or two per day or a couple of hours Mon, Wed, Fri. In many ways you have an advantage because finding the right deal can take a long time so having stable income while you are searching is good. You don't want to rush into deals so take your time, be consistent and best of luck.
