Hi everyone - I’m based in NYC with a background in strategy consulting and corporate strategy. I’m currently exploring opportunities to aggregate multi-unit concepts, especially within the youth enrichment space. However, I’m also open to service-oriented businesses more broadly. I’d also be willing to partner on an acquisition if it’s the right fit. Hi - I'm a searcher based in New York. Under LOI currently. Looking primarily at industrial distribution businesses with $2M+ in EBITDA. Sourcing high-quality deals is where we could always use the most help. Have now been through the process of raising, running, and close to transacting in a traditional search model - always happy to provide support.
