Hi all, I'm Rohan Baid, based in Delhi NCR, India. CA and CFE by qualification, Big 4 trained. I've spent the last decade in transaction advisory including M&A, due diligence, forensic work, and CFO mandates across India, the Middle East, and Europe. I've also co-founded and operated a business, so I understand both sides of a transaction. I'm most curious to connect with others who have navigated the India, Middle East or APAC investor relationships.
