Hi everyone — my name is Oyeniran Oyewale and I’m based in Rhode Island, with strong ties across the greater Boston area. I’m an entrepreneur, nonprofit founder, and operator with over 7 years of experience in the transportation and service industry through my company, For His Glory Project, a Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) company serving Medicaid, Medicare recipients, veterans, and underserved communities. I’ve worked extensively as a subcontractor with major healthcare transportation brokers and have developed strong operational experience in logistics, compliance, relationship management, and community-centered service delivery. I’m also involved in economic empowerment and business leadership initiatives through the Rhode Island Black Business Association (RIBBA) and other ecosystem-building organizations.
From an acquisition standpoint, I’m pursuing Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition (ETA) with interest in acquiring stable, cash-flowing businesses with strong operational foundations and opportunities for modernization, expansion, and long-term impact. My buy box is fairly broad but generally includes service-based businesses, healthcare support services, logistics/transportation, manufacturing, B2B services, government contracting-related businesses, and niche companies with recurring revenue and loyal customer bases. I’m especially interested in businesses where operational improvements, technology integration, strategic partnerships, or expansion into underserved markets can unlock growth. Geographic focus is primarily New England, but I’m also open to opportunities nationally if the fundamentals are strong.
I have not completed an acquisition yet, but I’ve gone through acquisition accelerator training and have spent significant time studying search funds, deal sourcing, brokered vs. proprietary outreach, financing structures, and transition planning. Right now, where I could use the most help is building stronger relationships with lenders, investors, operators, and experienced acquisition entrepreneurs who can help sharpen my deal evaluation process, financing readiness, and acquisition execution strategy. I’m also interested in learning more about creative deal structures, SBA-backed acquisitions, and how operators successfully transition from entrepreneur/operator into acquisition entrepreneurship.
Where I believe I can help others is through my operational experience, community engagement, transportation/logistics insight, government contracting exposure, relationship-building, and grassroots business development experience. I’m also passionate about creating businesses that are both profitable and impactful, especially in underserved communities. Excited to connect with others in the Boston ETA ecosystem and learn from this community. @redacted
