Nick here - based in Central Austin. 10 years of corporate experience across client service and technology at an expert network. Primarily self-funded (but also SBA pre-approved for up to $2M) searcher looking to acquire a Central Texas home services or home services adjacent business in the $1M-$2.3M range. Have come close on one deal (landscaping company) with an LOI but lost out to a late all cash offer. Have legal and accounting resources ready to deploy on the right opportunity. Biggest need right now is proprietary deal flow - if you're seeing Austin-area home services businesses, please send them my way. Also interested in talking with searchers who've closed in the space, especially around operator transition and the first 90 days. Happy to share LOI and diligence templates in return, and given my expert network background I can usually find a relevant industry SME if you need one. Based out of Leander (Austin suburb). Background in marketing, real estate, and SaaS sales leadership. Looking for $750k-$1.2M SDE business as a self-funded searcher. Open to industry as the Austin area is hyper competitive on the buy side. Currently under LOI with lender approval but hitting a snag with the seller that may kill the deal (9 months in the making) so possibly back into search mode. Haven't acquired yet, though have owned small businesses before. Have capital to deploy, lender approvals, etc. and a strong buyer profile for the right opportunity. Happy to connect with anyone who has synergies and offer any insight I can into helping the journey of others.
