Thanks for the post Luke. I’m based on of Scottsdale and I have a regionally specific thesis. I am looking for lower market deals under 5M. Industry agnostic but would like to find something in logistics or agriculture. Would love to meet other searchers in the area to bounce ideas off and compare notes.
