Searching for Senior Lenders for 2 business acquisitions

Hi,

my team and I are in the process of acquiring 2 businesses in the Environmental Tech space (WA & NY states).

Loan amounts are ca. 750k USD and 1.2 M USD.

Both businesses have EBITDAs ca. 400k USD per year; owners stay in for at least 2 more years for a smooth transition and retain percentage of the business.
