Searching for Senior Lender for Aerospace Business Under LOI

We recently signed an LOI on an aerospace business in the southwest and are looking for a senior lender to support the deal.

The purchase price is $14.3 million, EBITDA in 2023 was about $3.0 million. The seller has agreed to a $2.7 million seller note payable over 5 years. We are looking for a senior lender who can provide a +$6.5 million, no-recourse, commercial loan to fund the acquisition.
