I have investor that is looking to acquire an industrial coatings business in Texas (Eastern side of the state) or in Florida. He would consider a carve. Fairly flexible on size - say $1M to $10M in revenue (which equates to 5-50 people). Would welcome any search suggestions from those that have looked in this space before.
