Searching for health clinics - concierge, functional medicine, performance-

I am searching for clinics (with multiple practitioners, EBITDA ~$500-1M with revenues up to about $10M) and wondering if others have tips on where to start. Concierge, primary care, and adjacent models all interesting.

It's not exactly what's typically found on platforms I've seen thus far and I'm open to direct outreach but not excited about working with a buy-side broker (sell-side fine).

Tips appreciated!

Open to medspas as well, although for an initial ideal acquisition I am more interested in fuller (closer to a concierge) setup. For the overall platform I'm interested in incorporating and developing out medspas

Retaining existing team and growing. I am also a physician but am interested in more of a platform play so would not be available to operate regularly.
