Searching for a technical co-acquirer

Kind of a long shot. I have found a small SaaS business that I really like (~$2.5M EBITDA, recurring revenue, great multiple), but both co-founders are looking to exit the business. Both co-founders are technical, so I think I would need a co-acquirer who is technical to partner with me on this deal. Someone who can be client-facing but also handle the data engineering responsibilities. If that's you or you know of anyone, please reach out. Thanks!
