Searching for a good business in the Greater Toronto Area!

I'm excited to share that I've just joined Regenerative Capital Group as CEO-in-Residence and Managing Partner. Regenerative Capital Group trains and invests in entrepreneurial leaders to acquire Canadian small businesses as a platform for meaningful growth, purpose, profit, and impact. I'm brand new to searching and to this community, and am SO impressed by the wealth of information and expertise here. Very much looking forward to sharing knowledge and making authentic connections. :)

I'm currently focused on searching for and acquiring a small to mid-sized enterprise (SME), which I will then lead as its CEO toward greater value and impact. The ideal target company profile:

• $3M to 5M of EBITDA;
• Double-digit revenue growth;
  - Industry focus areas: shipping/courier services, education services, residential construction;
• Based in the Greater Toronto Area (Ontario, Canada);
• Current owner is seeking a successful exit and transition to an entrepreneurial leader committed to building on its legacy;
