Searching for a $1M EBITDA service business to acquire ideally in NY area

I am a solo searcher with a lot of business experience in M&A, financing and healthcare technology. I am interested in any relevant companies which are for sale and any best practices people want to share regarding completing a small, SBA loan financed acquisition. I would be interested in any novel approaches to the bank financing. I would also be interested in equity investors who would like to participate in a transaction that I lead. I am expecting to only need $100,000-$300,000 in equity for a significant minority stake in the business.
