Hi all, i am searching for $300-400k SDE businesses in the NYC area. Have been running my own direct outreach so far. Any tips regarding sourcing would be much appreciated. Thanks

Check out the local library, which may have RefUSA access. This allows you to filter companies by NAICS and other factors. Note that the data may be outdated.

If your target business has equipment that's serviced, try asking the companies that service that equipment if they've heard their customer's wanting to retire. The area I'm focused has equipment that's serviced by third parties. I reached out to a couple companies that service the equipment, introduced myself, what I'm looking for, and offered a finder's fee. I got some good leads from doing this. I should note I did this in person.
