I help lead CommunETA, an investment platform funded by and investing in Searchers. We are business school students that have raised a fund to back self-funded Searchers and independent sponsors with $100-300K checks to acquire businesses with $750K+ EBITDA. In addition to writing checks, we also support Searchers by providing access to our extensive network of lenders and service providers in the space. We currently have 8 companies in our active portfolio and have realized 1 successful exit over this past year. We are aiming to back another 4+ Searchers this year.

Appreciate the tag Luke! I'm working on a Rollup in the Financial Services space with two partners. We are all experienced investors/operators/entrepreneurs with successful exits and experience in PE & Search Fund Operations.
