Searchfund Intern Due Diligence / Market research

Progression Capital has acquired its first business and now looking for follow up acquisitons within simillar sectors. We are looking for an intern. The role will suit a technical undergraduate or a postgrad student from a top-tier British University, or a recent graduate looking to get into M&A, investment banking and private equity space. Some duties include: -assisting with proprietary search - assisting with intermediary outreach and relationship building - assisting with industry analysis, CDD, FDD, and interfacing with expert DD team. - Assisting with lender queries. - Assisting with investor communication and updates There will be an opportunity to shadow calls with wider support teams, investors and sellers. The role is unpaid. Duration: 8-10 weeks Work hours are flexible however we expect regular interaction with the intern a couple of times a week. Please send your CVs to redacted
