There was a fun ETA happy hour at a DC bar a few months ago. I noticed that the atmosphere, made it challenging for meaningful conversations. I am hoping the next ETA event will have a more friendly environment for engaging discussions. Is it possible for everyone to form smaller groups to exchanges of ideas and experiences? I can volunteer to help set up the structure for group rotation and introductions as well.
