Have you just acquired or are getting ready to acquire?

Often current CFO or controllers do not understand debt and need to be replaced. Also, if you are a traditional or accelerator searcher, your investors will want to increase the financial reporting back to them. 

But what if you don't need a full-time CFO? Then I can help out. 

Currently, I serve as a PT CFO to SME's helping them to see what is possible then reverse engineer to actionable items to drive top line and EBITDA expansion.   

My past experience includes many years of building, buying and selling businesses. Fortune 500 finance, private equity/search fund,  and have an MBA and MSc. Finance focused on corporate finance, M&A, PE, buyouts, etc.
