Searchers & others - I'm curious what tasks you have found success outsourcing given time management and allocation is critical.

Similarly, in what ways have you used AI (ChatGPT, CoPilot, etc.) to help automate and accelerate aspects of your day-to-day (reviewing & summarizing information, building presentations, etc.)?

Currently trying to outsource looking through broker websites on a daily basis. On one hand it's been great since it's forced me to be more structured. On the other hand, a lot of interns, even paid ones, view it as a task list rather than something strategic that adds value. For example, if a listing is under contract, still reach out to the broker and set up a call to chat. Try to get on their radar. Most interns will just get to the bottom of the list then call it a day.

I'm also trying to build a cold outreach funnel, but haven't been too successful with that either yet only because I'm still having to review the companies one by one to make sure they truly fit my criteria.

AI on the other hand has been excellent. Everything from analyzing deals, helping review my LOI drafts, writing cold emails, asking general market research questions...best investment so far!

I’m still pretty old-school here, don’t really outsource or use much in terms of toils etc.
But this is a topic that certainly interests me.

Recently started using chatgpt more for commercial DD - very useful and intending to better this / similar resources.

I’m not disciplined enough in terms of regularly scanning broker websites.
I would think there must be tools which automatically scan webpages for changes and then notify you. Anybody know of something like this?
