searchers, what are your KPIs, weekly targets?

I was wondering how you as fellow searchers are measuring progress and keeping yourselves accountable. Do you have KPIs like:
- review X company per week?
- X nr of meetings per week?
- get to X nr of rejections per week?
- spend X hours on A/B/C activity?

I might not be the first one to ask this, I tried to search previous posts but could not find anything.

I did a geographically focused search, and I do think it helped to have KPI's during each phase. My search started with building a network to find deals, so I set a goal to get to 100 contacts in the first 3 months. I also felt I needed to be meeting at least 1 business owner per week to have a sufficiently full pipeline. Once I got into the LOI stage and due-diligence, I didn't really have any KPI's since my focus was on closing. hope that helps.

I think the hours per activity may not be a good KPI for Search Funds, as there may be confusion among the time consumed in one activity vs the results you are getting from it. Unless there is some kind of contrast with what you're achieving (such as the conversion rate mentioned above), I would pass on that kind of metric.
