Searchers-- Trying Something New

I ask every searcher that I come across the same question: "How can searchers and brokers work together better?"

Nobody ever has an answer, so I thought I would try something new:

I am going to be coming to market with a new listing shortly and I would like to get input from current self-funded searchers that might be interested in the deal. This means getting early access to the CBR before we start marketing to share your initial impressions and ask additional questions that may end up getting added to the final CBR. If you like the deal, you can start the acquisition process early, and if you don't like the deal, at least you were able to review a deal and learn about a new industry.

If you are looking to buy a business in Southern California and are a self-funded searcher, please reach out to take a look at the deal and let me know if you are open to providing your notes and questions on the deal. This business in particular does $5million in revenue, part time owner, established for 50+ years and in the distribution space.

If you have other suggestions on how brokers and searchers can work together I would be eager to hear those as well!
