Searchers sharing interesting deals they have come across

I would imagine that as we go through deals, there must be a lot we come across that are high potential/interesting but for whatever non-business reasons (not our preferred industry, location, etc) we do not pursue but could be valuable to another searcher. I figure those might be worthy of sharing here? If so, what do you guys think might be the best way to share deals?

You generally sign a finders fee agreement. Thete is a mechanism on this site to post highlights of the deal without giving up the name.
