Searchers interested in partnering in Memphis?

I've got what at first analysis seems to be a strong construction-related company in the Memphis area.

I have no operators in the area, but it could be a good opportunity for a searcher looking to earn-in by operating.

It's definitely a geographically dependent, in-the-office all of the hours kinda gig, but there's good room for growth.

We'd like to be a minority partner in this business and plan to be an advisory resource while running the business.

The company will be roughly $6MM / $1.5MM this year with plenty of capacity for growth.
