We’ve been doing this for a while at Search Fund Coalition, but putting this out for the community: Let us know if you'd be interested in a small peer group for searchers/independent sponsors going through the ETA journey? The idea is to bring together a handful of serious searchers to share what’s working, talk through challenges, compare notes, and keep each other accountable throughout the process. Nothing overly formal or structured - just a high-quality group of people who are genuinely in the arena and can learn from one another.
