Hi everyone - I just started searching in Philadelphia (where i'll be for the next year or so) and wanted to connect with other searchers in the area. Was thinking of hosting a few in person coffees / lunches to share tips & tricks and form a community.

If it is of Interest, Jan 25th from 4PM to 8PM Venture Cafe is holding a meeting###-###-#### Market Street, 3rd floor, Philadelphia. This is more of a Start-up scene rather than a Searcher meeting, but they usually have interesting talks, drinks, and good conversation. They are also doing free headshots that night if you are in need of a new photo for your website. :-)

One lead for now - I came across an owner of a Pittsburgh based irrigation and landscape supply distributor who is looking to partner with a buyer on expanding his company into the philly area through acquisition. could be a good opportunity. happy to share at the first get together of this group?
