I'm new to the Searchfunder community here.

My name is Omeed Tabiei and I'm the founder of a boutique M&A law firm focused on acquisitions.

We're a team of lawyers from the world's top international corporate finance & M&A law firms.

We cut our teeth doing billion dollar deals and now we're focused on providing legal support to the Searcher and EtA communities to support them in building wealth for themselves and their families.
